Information Desks

Information desks are located at all the major sections of the palace. In the Upper Belvedere, the information counter is situated inside the main entrance hall, where visitors can collect brochures, museum maps, and ask staff for assistance. 

In the Lower Belvedere, the information desk is located near the ticket counter and offers similar support to help guests navigate the exhibitions. 

At Belvedere 21, the information desk can be found in the entrance lobby.

Restrooms

There are two main cafés within the Belvedere Palace complex that provide visitors with refreshments and light meals. 

The Café im Oberen Belvedere is located in the Upper Belvedere and offers traditional Austrian pastries, hot and cold beverages, and a selection of wines. 

The Upper Belvedere is also home to Café Menagerie, a smaller but cozy establishment that serves light snacks, sandwiches, and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. 

The café features both indoor seating and an outdoor terrace that overlooks the palace gardens, making it a lovely spot to take a break during your visit. 

The Lower Belvedere, on the other hand, houses the Parkcafé, which also serves refreshments and light meals in a pleasant setting.
